By accessing or using InstaTrust.ai, you agree to these Terms of Service. Read them carefully before using the platform.

1. Nature of Service

InstaTrust.ai is a self-help estate planning document generation platform. It is designed to assist licensed insurance and securities professionals in facilitating the creation of draft estate planning documents with their clients.

InstaTrust.ai is NOT a law firm. We do not practice law. We do not provide legal advice. Documents generated by this platform are AI-generated drafts and must be reviewed by a licensed attorney in the client's state before execution.

2. Agent Responsibilities

Licensed agents using this platform agree to the following:

• All information entered into the platform must come directly from the client — not from the agent.
• Agents may not suggest, fill in, or influence client responses to any question in the platform. Doing so may constitute the unauthorized practice of law (UPL).
• Agents are facilitators only. They do not give legal advice, interpret legal documents, or make legal recommendations.
• Agents must inform clients that generated documents require attorney review and notarization before they are legally valid.
• Agents must be appropriately licensed in the states where they conduct business.

3. Document Validity

Documents generated by InstaTrust.ai are draft documents only. They are not legally valid until:

• Reviewed by a licensed estate planning attorney in the client's state
• Signed by the grantor(s) before a notary public and/or witnesses as required by state law
• Properly funded by transferring assets into the trust

4. Tokens and Payment

InstaTrust.ai operates on a token system. Each trust generation consumes one token. Tokens are non-refundable once a generation is initiated. Token purchases are final. If a generation fails due to a platform error, tokens will be restored at our discretion.

5. Prohibited Uses

• Using the platform to practice law without a license
• Entering false or fabricated client information
• Sharing account credentials with unauthorized users
• Reselling or redistributing generated documents without authorization
• Using the platform in any jurisdiction where such use is prohibited

6. Limitation of Liability

InstaTrust.ai provides this platform as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, InstaTrust.ai is not liable for any damages arising from the use of generated documents, including errors, omissions, or documents that do not meet applicable legal requirements. Users assume full responsibility for ensuring documents are appropriate for their clients' specific situations.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in UPL, or misuse the platform in any way.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
